Location. Bordered from the North by the spectacular Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the Banyan Tree Lijiang is located in Kunming, China. This property rests near the Old Town of Lijiang, regarded as the Venice of the Orient because of its many bridges and canals that lace through the maze of cobbled streets.
