The Hotel Marina Atlantico is modern property, made from glass and volcanic stone, situated in front of the marina of Ponta Delgada, just one kilometre from the city centre. The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is by taxi; fare should cost approximately 7 EUR. The best way to get around is on foot, bicycle or by hire car.
Driving directions: From the airport take the motorway and follow the road, turning slightly to the left. Take the first exit for Ponta Delgada / Porto, and continue down the tree lined avenue. At the roundabout take the second exit, and follow the signs for Centro. Take Rua de Lisboa until the beer factory Melo Abreu is on the left. Turn right and pass S�o Jos� Church on the right, to the main road with a fortress. Turn left and continue along the Avenue for one kilometre. The marina is on the right and the hotel is on the left.
