A resort complex shaded by trees, the Grupotel Oasis overlooks sandy Portinatx beach and the sea beyond. Its 183 airy, modern guestrooms extend to balconies with pool or ocean views and include ceiling fans, satellite television, direct dial phones, safes and minibars.
On sunny days, guests can lounge with cocktails by the poolside which overlooks the sea below, while young children enjoy the adjoining splash pool. There is a games room with pool table and table tennis, and the hotel offers evening entertainment in the form of live shows and music; parents who wish to have a night out can arrange for babysitting through the hotel's 24 hour front desk. Guests can also use the hotel's Internet port for a fee to plan sightseeing itineraries or keep in touch with friends. The nearest beach is approximately 50 metres from the hotel. Guests might want to venture out to Puig De Missa, a tiny fortified village 14 kilometres away, or to Ibiza's Marina, 24 kilometres away. Sa Penya, a former fisherman's village now popular for its nightlife, and Ibiza's old town, are also both 24 kilometres away. Ibiza Airport is 40 kilometres from the hotel, a drive of around 45 minutes.

Taxis are available from next to the terminal. A bus service also runs hourly to Ibiza town (1 EUR). The best ways to get around Ibiza are on foot or by car. Bicycles and scooters can be rented from the hotel. There are also regular ferry crossings from Ibiza to Formentera.
