The Hotel El Paso is a three floor Colonial style resort set in extensive grounds and situated two kilometres from Port Aventura Fun Park and Caribe Aquatic Park and four kilometres from the bustling Mediterranean town of Salou. This resort features 500 air conditioned guestrooms with simple red and white decor and light wood furnishings. All guestrooms include climate control, desks with direct dial phones, satellite television and bathrooms with bathrobes and hair dryers. Guests can delve into the depths of the sunken pirate galleon, which lies at the bottom of one of the swimming pools, relax on the solarium terrace, or have a work out in the gymnasium, before relaxing in the hot tub while children have fun at the kids' club. Drinks and snacks are on offer at the poolside bar, and the resort has two themed restaurants. Multilingual staff are on hand at the 24 hour front desk to offer assistance and advise on local attractions. Guests have unlimited access to Port Aventura theme park, Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the duration of your stay), and the Beach Club, offering numerous water sports. Golf is also available nearby. The surrounding area provides numerous sites of historical significance, including the archaeological vestiges of Tarragona Romana, a cathedral, and a Roman Amphitheatre; all can be found within 10 kilometres. Reus Airport is 15 kilometres from the hotel, with a driving time of approximately 20 minutes.
